This Saturday, May 24th, Wind Creek Wetumpka Casino and Hotel (WCW), and its sister Wind Creek Hospitality property, Creek Casino Montgomery, will announce their sponsorship of one of NASCAR’s most popular Sprint Cup events to be held later this summer.

(Atmore, AL) On March 21st, Wind Creek Hospitality (WCH) will launch the first of a new wave of initiatives aimed at promoting great food in Alabama as its custom-built food truck leaves the Northeast and begins the trek to its new home in Wetumpka.

(Wetumpka, AL) Thousands of patrons streamed through the doors of the new Wind Creek Wetumpka, a luxury casino and hotel, within hours of its opening today. The record crowds began queuing up early in the morning, and a steady stream of motorists filled the lanes of Interstate 231 leading to the development's entrance.

(Wetumpka, AL) Wind Creek Wetumpka, a luxury casino and hotel development built on the banks of the stunningly beautiful Coosa River, will open its doors to the public for the first time Tuesday. An official "ribbon cutting" ceremony is scheduled for 11:30AM. The project is owned by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians and managed by PCI Gaming Authority.

(Atmore, AL)  Ten of the very best professional chefs In Alabama will bring their sharpest knives, coolest nerves, and hottest techniques to Wind Creek's Culinary Studio as they compete to be named "Alabama's Best Chef" during a day-long competition Thursday, April 25th beginning at 10AM.

Mobile, Ala.- Wind Creek Casino & Hotel celebrated the kickoff to their largest promotion to date, the Wonders of the Gulf Giveaway, by giving away its first $100,000 prize on Monday, April 8 to Priscilla from Robertsdale, Ala. The first giveaway was part of a larger kickoff celebration attended by Rep. Jo Bonner, leadership from the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, Wind Creek management and many of the 20 charity partners invited to participate in the promotion.

The Wonders of the Gulf promotion, presented by Wind Creek Casino & Hotel (Wind Creek), involves giving away $100,000 every eight days from April to September 2013 on a live webcast. The promotion culminates with a $1 million giveaway in late September. Additionally, the casino partnered with Animal Planet’s hit television show Tanked to build an aquarium on the main floor of the casino. 

Each charity organization was hand-picked by Wind Creek Casino & Hotel for their efforts to preserve and improve the quality of like on the Gulf Coast. As a token of appreciation for their inspiring commitment to the Gulf Coast and its residents, Wind Creek is donating $10,000 to each organization.

Just a short drive from Alabama’s Gulf Coast, the first annual "Foodabluza" debuTs  April 26th - 27th at the Wind Creek Casino and Hotel.  The food and blues festival features live blues entertainment, eating contests, BBQ challenges and samplings, a beer garden and Southern concessions.
